AT the last minute i participated in the AIDS charity run which covers 10KM of tracks for us to "enjoy". LOLZ. My mom said "can or not!!" Anyway at first i was kinda worried cuz among guys ego is there and the feel of being the one not macho is well embarrassing. But i just ran and walk lar. Up-hill was tough but i should not have stopped running because u get de-motivated and ur hearts starts to rest. So i had no choice but to try speed walking which is well technically walking at a fast pace. It is quiet fun because you wont get worn out and a consistent pace is attained.
The funniest part is that i walked pass runners that stopped and they try to out-run me. Cuz malu mah. But they ran out of breath and i walk pass them again. LOLZ never underestimate the power of walk.
But at the ending there it was all smooth so i ran all the way back tot he finishing line. There was some steamy performances by beautiful dancers and karate and talked about AIDS &HIV. Then lucky draw but unfortunately i did not win so better luck next time.
Thats all the walk was refreshing lar...besides i got cert mah. k peace out. check out the pics lar.
