I was reading an old guy blog while contemplating on how wise this guy is..then suddenly the word maturity pop out of my mind. What is mature? Is it being able to study hard, being discipline, play by the rules,wise, smart, look like an adult maybe? No these are all wrong. Maturity is to be able to think for others and put away urself. Maturity is being able to solve a problem urself without depending on others.At last, maturity is about thinking for urself with a free rational mind.

My dad always gets new workers bcuz he fires them. Anyway he say the workers are bloody stupid, dunno how to do things. Always so afraid to bend the rules. Cant think independently. When he is not there they will call and call on how to do this how to do that. Then my dad will always reply why dont u ask the other workers working there? Then there will be no answer from him/her on the other line... All these are a formula for loss profit.

There is one working experience when a client ask a worker in my dads company to translate a few lines of chinese into english, and must be hand in today. After a few minits he will go to my dad on how to do? My dad got pissed and say :" why dont u ask the ppl in the company? u are not the one working here? Anyway its just a few lines, use alternative like a dictionary? Heard of it? its a big book of words. Andddd if u cant do it then let the clients worker do it themself. Since u cant do it then how? Die arr? We are in the 21st century i aint the emperor. She cant do anything also." This is an example of not having a free mind and constrain by worries,afraid, and scared.

We can still have fun like listening to Rock and roll, jump on skate boards and roll around the streets,watch cartoon, or act like a freakazoid..but it all ends up on when are u going to stop. If u can do so then u are mature bcuz u got a free mind. Hey dont waste ur youth on being some old rich guy or some grumpy professsor..go out and have fun. Maturity isnt about thinking like an old guy or adult. Dedicated to a friend of mine that will neva read this ever!! He is too mature!! But he pulled me out of kiddy land. So thank you.

Ok this blog is short i know..it might be boring...lolz...but i will blog on the interesting stuff when i finish my YED (Young Entreprenuer Day) thingy. Its all about selling stuff by setting up a stall at Taylors.
